Tom Monaghan founded and built Domino’s Pizza into one of the world’s largest pizza companies, which he later sold for a billion dollars. He is an innovator in the pizza industry and set the standards for many other companies, including a unique franchise system enabling managers and supervisors to become franchisees. Monaghan’s devotion to his faith inspired him to start Ave Maria University, a private Catholic university. Despite the challenges he faced with losing his father at a young age and spending many years in an orphanage, he developed five priorities that became his roadmap for success and life.
