Natasha Mohan is the Founder and CEO of a coworking office space company called WorkSocial, a woman and minority-owned business. Mohan graduated from the University of Michigan and describes herself as a Happiness Hacker since 1977. WorkSocial was born out of creating happiness through office spaces and is headquartered in Jersey City. In just two years, Mohan has grown WorkSocial, which she titles “a movement in happiness,” by 500%. The company currently has three spaces under management serving 400 clients, supporting each of them to achieve 100% growth rates.
