He was with Coca-Cola for over 19 years and served in various roles including President of Coca-Cola’s European Division and Vice President of Coca-Cola International. Following his leadership with Coca-Cola, Sheppard was CEO and President of Cott Corporation, one of the world’s largest private-label beverage companies. He has a proven success record of growing revenue and profits through scaling businesses, raising capital and building brands. Today, Sheppard is CEO and President of OttLite Technologies and enjoys teaching entrepreneurship classes at the University of Tampa.
