Over 600 industry professionals gather in Las Vegas for renowned annual event.
TAMPA, Fla. (August 4, 2026)—Proforma, the largest family-owned and operated technology and business success leader in the print and promotional products industry, recently concluded its highly anticipated 2026 Convention & Family Reunion at the iconic Rio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over 600 Distributor Owners, Supplier Partners, Sales Professionals, Support Center Team Members, and guests in attendance. This year’s Convention was the first to welcome Safeguard attendees as the newest members of the Proforma Family.
The 2026 Proforma Convention & Family Reunion invited attendees to explore strategies for success by gaining insights from industry leaders, connecting with peers, and sharpening their skills through immersive education sessions. More than 30 specialized workshops provided attendees with valuable resources and inspiration to fuel both personal and professional growth.
“The turnout at this year’s Convention is a testament to the strength of the Proforma Network,” said Patrick Magyar, VP of Brand Experience at Proforma. “We’re proud to continue setting the standard for industry events and creating opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive mutual success.”
A major highlight of the event was the Annual Awards Celebration, which honored dozens of top-performing Distributor Owners, Sales Professionals, and Supplier Partners for their exceptional achievements, leadership, and contributions to the Network. Additionally, the Supplier Tradeshow featured a high-energy showcase of 161 Supplier Partner exhibits, where attendees could explore new ways to grow their businesses.
“Whether you come to celebrate success, learn new skills, or strengthen connections, Convention offers valuable takeaways for everyone involved,” said Steve Flaughers, Distributor Owner of Proforma 3rd Degree Marketing and newly elected President of Proforma’s Owner Advisory Council. “Attendees leave with fresh perspectives and practical tools they can put into action.”
Following its milestone acquisition of Safeguard earlier this year, Proforma welcomed new distributors and their teams to this year’s event, fostering connections across the expanded organization.
“The Proforma Convention & Family Reunion gave us a true glimpse into who Proforma is,” said John Rath, Distributor Owner of Safeguard Business Systems Powered by Proforma. “We’re looking forward to everything we can accomplish by being part of the Proforma Network.”
The spirit of community and connection carried through to the Annual Service Project, a yearly tradition that brings Convention attendees together to support meaningful causes. This year, volunteers assembled kits for Living Grace Homes, a nonprofit based in Las Vegas that provides a safe, inclusive residence and extensive services for pregnant and parenting young mothers who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
“Our Annual Service Project is an opportunity to make an impact on the communities we serve,” said Michael Roney, Chief Strategy Officer at Proforma. “We’re proud to make service a cornerstone of every Proforma Convention & Family Reunion through meaningful sessions like these.”
Other notable experiences at this year’s Convention included an evening at The Sphere to see The Wizard of Oz; guest speaker Dave Sanderson, who was a passenger on the Miracle on the Hudson flight; and an Executive Team Q&A session with Proforma leadership, which provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the organization’s vision and initiatives.
“The Proforma Convention & Family Reunion emphasizes that the relationships built across our Network are just as important as the knowledge we share and the successes we celebrate,” said Doug Kordel, President and Chief Legal Officer at Proforma. “Events like these continue to position Proforma as a leader in the print and promotional products industry.”
